Huskyte410e Tuning

Hello from Greece,

I hope nobody is offended if I write in English. My written German is very very bad and you would all laugh with my mistakes....

Anyway, my motorcycle, a Husky Te410e Bj 1999, needs a new piston kit. The cylinder Bohrung is 91.5mm and the Hub is 60.8mm. I know that Wössner makes husky piston kits, but there are 3 or 4 differnent pistons made in this diameter and I have no idea which one will fit. Does anyone have any ideas?

Could any of you also recommend any aftermarket/tuning camshafts for this model?

Hey Vassilis,

I am pretty sure that there is no tuning products available for the TE 410 E model at all.
The only thing you can do is to go through the regular paces to get an engine stronger.
Try to get an oversize piston kit and increase compression a little bit.
Also you should see if you can optimize the intake channels for better gas flow. But usually Husqvarna does an excellent job with that in the factory already.
Maybe a different carburetor will help as well. I am sure that there is also no performance exhaust system specifically for the TE 410 E, but maybe you can adapt something else. I know that in Greece you can do a lot to the bikes because there is no TÜV, right?
