Lt FB ja einfach Plug and Play .... das fänd ich interessant, weil die Software dann ja die Angaben wie Drehzahl und Ganganzeige etc. ausgeben würde.

Lt FB ja einfach Plug and Play .... das fänd ich interessant, weil die Software dann ja die Angaben wie Drehzahl und Ganganzeige etc. ausgeben würde.

Immerhin gibt die Karre kein Gangsignal aus und der neue Tacho braucht einen zweiten Geber am Vorderrad. Also zweites Kabel ziehen

Im Netz finde ich jede Menge solch Dinger. Leider hab ich noch Garantie und da fällt es für mich weg.
Danach werd ich drüber nachdenken.

I'm glad for your interesting for my speedo and thanks to Rudi for the invitation on your forum.

As I wrote in other forums about why i did this speedo...my answer is because I don't thing this fantastic dual-sport motorbike should have a ridiculous speedometer like the standard one!

Short story:
I'm a long way traveler (2017 Silk Road from China border to Italy with a Honda AT 2016) and I bought my 701 enduro 2020 in January of this year but I started to plan this speedo many many month before...with the aim of making this bike suitable for my purposes....otherwise it would never have existed!!!

I am a very demanding person and I started planning the project with the following features:
- very fast with real time animated gauges (I have seen all oem speedometer and the best one is BMW for me)
- two themes (one "Tour" for travelers (the bmw theme is the best i have seen) and one "Sport" for track drivers like Supermoto owners, for this last one I'm working yet!)
- PLUG &PLAY no cut, no drill, nothing
- fast installation
- and last very important feature for me as traveler...ECU Diagnostic: READ and ERASE Diagnostic Trouble Codes because these modern bikes have too much electronics and the only way to understand troubles is this.
